Minimum age for the majority of your group is 24. Absolutely no grad parties.

A 20% deposit (or first night- whichever is larger) will reserve your preferred dates. We honor VISA/Mastercard/AMEX or Check. Although rates are listed in Canadian funds, we are in the U.S. and payment can be made in the equivalent U.S. Dollars. There are NO HOTEL TAXES on these rates. To figure your cost in other currency, multiply the rate by 1.12 (adding 12% VAT/GST) and use the "currency calculator" link below.

We will provide a rental agreement by email that reviews our policies, which must be returned with your name and date as a "signature".

Payment for the remainder is due 60 days prior to your vacation time. If your reservation is made less than 60 days prior, the full amount is owed at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy: Once a commitment has been made by providing your bankcard information, the value of one night's stay is non-refundable. After the contract has been transacted, from date of deposit to 60 days prior we can refund 90% of the fees for your remaining reserved nights. At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled "in-date". Amount of the refund (Based on the total rebooked nights, less first night deposit):
Cancellation date 59-50 days- 80% | 49-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates.
